The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provides funding to people with permanent and significant disabilities across Australia. It is being progressively rolled out across states and regions. The Epilepsy Foundation is a registered NDIS provider and is currently delivering services for people with epilepsy in areas where the NDIS has already rolled out. However before we can assist you, you will first need to make sure that Epilepsy Foundation services, such as epilepsy training, is included on your NDIS plan. If you have already included epilepsy training in your plan please provide us with the following details so that we can register you for epilepsy training and claim the cost against your NDIS plan.
